The intended experience
KEYS is crypto-first. The planned experience separates what a member promises from what a wallet showed at a particular moment.
A circle gives members a common purpose. A pledge expresses intent—not a payment, a deposit, or a guarantee.
The planned read-only flow checks wallet control and records a dated balance snapshot. It does not grant permission to spend your funds.
Pledges, recent capacity, and payments remain separate. A snapshot can become outdated; it does not lock or reserve money.
Clarity comes first
And a balance is not a payment.
